The DUROSTICK No37 is suitable for fixing ceramic tiles, artificial decorative bricks, insulation and soundproofing panels in concrete, plaster, plasterboard, cement, wood, solid oil paint, chipboard. Suitable for bonding ceramic tiles in damp areas such as bathrooms, wc and kitchen, even for bonding tiles have been removed and it is not possible to remove the old glue. Necessary for wafer bonding on wooden lofts and partitions, benches and kitchen walls (Figure 2). Used external walls and internal walls and floors (Fig.1). The priming low absorption tiles adhesively No37, as long as chosen category cementitious adhesive or C1 C1T, ensures unbreakable bonding, increasing the adhesion to the substrate. Adding to cementitious adhesives, in proportion 1kg per 25kg sack, increases the adhesive strength, elasticity and grip.
It applies as a dry, stable, solid substrates, free of dust, loose materials, oil, grease and paint. Spread the adhesive evenly with a notched trowel 3-5mm and place the tiles within 20 minutes in order to avoid creating skin. If the plates and the substrate of low absorbency, coat both surfaces and place as the glue 'pull' for about 10 minutes.
• The surfaces are welded with No37 delivered for use after 3-7 days, depending on the humidity of the space.
• Necessary one of the two surfaces must be absorbent.
• Very porous surfaces such as aerated concrete and plasterboard should be primed with micromolar stabilizer AQUAFIX of DUROSTICK.
